Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ruche Tech Consult services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Ruche Tech Consult provides technology consulting services including but not limited to cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, data analytics, system maintenance, database management, machine learning/AI implementation, and IT support.

All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing support agreements as mutually agreed upon between Ruche Tech Consult and the client.

Client Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and system information
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• • Provide reasonable access to systems and personnel as needed

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any custom solutions, methodologies, or deliverables created specifically for the client shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of Ruche Tech Consult.

Limitation of Liability

Ruche Tech Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and both parties must return or destroy confidential information.
